- Governing Law and Jurisdiction

- Electronic Transactions (Pursuant to Electronic Transactions Ordinance (Cap. 558))
2.1 Validity of Electronic Agreements: Agreements formed between you and us via electronic means (including but not limited to click-through confirmation on the Website, system auto-replies, and email correspondence) shall be deemed to comply with the requirements of traditional written form and have the same legal effect as written contracts.
2.2 Electronic Signatures and Records: Electronic signatures or identity verification details generated by you during account registration shall be valid for transaction confirmation. Electronic transaction records stored by us may be used as evidence to prove transaction facts in legal proceedings.
2.3 Formation of Sales Contract: A sales contract between you and us (or the merchant on the Website) shall be formed when we send an order confirmation notice to you. The notice may be delivered via in-Website messages, emails, or SMS.

4.2 Product Quality Guarantee: Pursuant to the Sale of Goods Ordinance, all goods sold on the Website shall meet "merchantable quality" and have the functions as described. If goods are defective, we (or the merchant) shall provide remedies such as refund, exchange, or repair.
4.3 Transparent Transaction Terms: We shall clearly state payment methods, delivery timeframes, shipping fee standards, and rules for order modification/cancellation. Except as permitted by law or agreed in the contract, we will not unilaterally change transaction terms.
4.4 Minor Users: Minors (under 18 years old) shall use the Services with the consent of their legal guardians. We may verify the guardian’s identity information when necessary to ensure compliance with relevant laws.
- Intellectual Property Rights

- Cross-Border Transaction Provisions
7.1 Tax Obligations: Transactions conducted within Hong Kong SAR are not subject to value-added tax or sales tax. However, if goods are imported into other regions/countries, you shall bear all applicable customs duties, import taxes, or other fees required by the destination’s laws.
7.2 Customs Declaration: You shall provide true, accurate, and complete customs declaration information (including goods name, quantity, value, and purpose) when purchasing cross-border goods. You shall be liable for any losses (e.g., customs detention, fines) caused by false or incomplete declaration.
- Dispute Resolution
8.1 In case of a dispute arising from these Terms or the Services, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it through friendly negotiation within 15 business days.
8.2 If negotiation fails, you may file a complaint with the Hong Kong Consumer Council (www.consumer.org.hk) for mediation.
8.3 If mediation is unsuccessful, the dispute may be submitted to arbitration by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) in accordance with its arbitration rules, or initiated as legal proceedings in the courts of Hong Kong SAR.
- General Provisions
9.1 Amendment to Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms. Updated Terms will be published on the Website and take effect 7 days after publication. Your continued use of the Services after the effective date shall constitute acceptance of the updated Terms.
9.2 Severability: If any provision of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by a competent authority, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
9.3 Waiver: Our failure to exercise or enforce any right under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
